Roseanne holds a Masters of Physics (MPhys) degree from the University of Strathclyde. She has also just finished her PhD in Geophysics at the University of Edinburgh, where she created a pattern searching algorithm for data associated with earthquakes, volcanoes and landslides.
During her studies, Roseanne has worked for the French National Centre for Scientific Research and the NATO Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation in Italy. She has also presented her research at international conferences, done science outreach, and taught mathematical and Python coding classes.
Outside of her work, Roseanne likes to go to the cinema and travel as much as possible.
